The fan does not work sadly. And that is the pain the butt front door that is causing so many problems. My stuff is on the right, Jessica's on the left.

Wow quite an “eventful” day here for me. At least for me it was a lot of excitement. I’m finally in my permanent room that I’ll be sharing with Jessica (who gets here tomorrow!). As you know it was a big issue to get in the room since I was locked out for so long. The light was finally fixed and I went in today to start moving things Only when I tried to open the door to get back out, the door knob came off in my hand- I was locked in! Took me at least 10 mins struggling to fix the door knob so I could get out. There are no windows pointing towards the center area so I couldn’t really call for help. And I did want to have to start banging on the door for someone to let me out haha.
Finally got out, moved all my stuff, and locked the door behind me. Only I locked the WRONG lock- the one that we don’t have the key for! *Sigh. So then it was an ordeal to get me back into the room, especially since literally EVERYTHING was in there. Finally we were able to do that using credit cards with the lock. Now I’m waiting for someone to fix the door knob permanently so that I don’t get locked in again. It’s been crazy!
Here are some pics of the new place. I don’t like it quite as much as the other one cause I don’t have a window with a breeze blowing on me right by my bed anymore. But it’ll do, maybe it’ll be quieter here since the windows face the outside of the building without the kids running around.
Last night was really nice cause we went to the pastor’s house for a movie and some food. Felt like I was back in the States with normal Saturday night plans and that felt sooo nice J We had to squish a bit but everyone managed and we saw the end of rush hour and another movie that I know I should know but I can’t think of the actor’s name or the movie haha. Back to work tomorrow but I’m so glad Jessica will now be here too!
